A combination of herbs to promote healing and restoration during early postpartum.
Herbs included: Chamomile, Calendula, Plantain Leaf, Comfry, Marshmallow Root, Lavender, Rose.
Directions:
Boil at least 6 cups of water and allow one of the tea pouches to soak for at least 3 hours. Add the tea into a warm bath. The remaining pouch can be used an additional time.
